Directions:-
Boil 500 gems. diced vegetables like Potatoes, carrot, cauliflower, green peas etc. and drain the water. Heat three table spoon oil and add boiled vegetable pieces. Stir and cook for two minutes. Add six tea spoon Roopak Aloo (Kadai) Masala and half cup of water. Stir for two minutes and then cover it for five minutes. Serve hot. Add Roopak Shahi Garam Masala & Roopak Dry Methi leaves for Shahi taste and aroma.
