ALOO (KADAI MASALA MIXED MASALA - PROPRITARY FOOD

INGREDIENTS:

  • Coriander
  • Dry Mango
  • Red Chillies
  • Dry Pomegranate seeds
  • Aniseeds
  • Chinese Star
  • lodised Salt
  • Mint Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Cumin
  • Mace
  • Black Pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamom Seeds
  • Cloves 
  • Black Cumin
  • Dry Ginger

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. Boil 500 gms diced vegetables like Potatoes, Carrots, Cauliflower, Green Peas, etc., and drain the water.
  2. Heat three-tablespoon oil and add boiled vegetable pieces.
  3. Stir and cook for two minutes.
  4. Add six teaspoon Roopak Aloo (Kadai) Masala and half a cup of water.
  5. Stir for two minutes and then cover it for five minutes.
  6. Add Roopak Shahi Garam Masala & Roopak Kasoori methi for taste & aroma
  7. Serve hot.
