ALOO (KADAI MASALA MIXED MASALA - PROPRITARY FOOD
INGREDIENTS:
- Coriander
- Dry Mango
- Red Chillies
- Dry Pomegranate seeds
- Aniseeds
- Chinese Star
- lodised Salt
- Mint Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- Cumin
- Mace
- Black Pepper
- Cinnamon
- Cardamom Seeds
- Cloves
- Black Cumin
- Dry Ginger
DIRECTIONS:
- Boil 500 gms diced vegetables like Potatoes, Carrots, Cauliflower, Green Peas, etc., and drain the water.
- Heat three-tablespoon oil and add boiled vegetable pieces.
- Stir and cook for two minutes.
- Add six teaspoon Roopak Aloo (Kadai) Masala and half a cup of water.
- Stir for two minutes and then cover it for five minutes.
- Add Roopak Shahi Garam Masala & Roopak Kasoori methi for taste & aroma
- Serve hot.
