ALOO (KADAI MASALA MIXED MASALA - PROPRITARY FOOD

INGREDIENTS:

  • Coriander
  • Dry Mango
  • Red Chillies
  • Dry Pomegranate seeds
  • Aniseeds
  • Chinese Star
  • lodised Salt
  • Mint Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Cumin
  • Mace
  • Black Pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamom Seeds
  • Cloves 
  • Black Cumin
  • Dry Ginger

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. Boil 500 gms diced vegetables like Potatoes, Carrot,Cauliflower, Green Peas etc. and drain the water.
  2. Heat three table spoon oil and add boiled vegetable pieces.
  3. Stir and cook for two minutes.
  4. Add six tea spoon Roopak Aloo (Kadai) Masala and half cup of water.
  5. Stir for two minutes and then cover it for five minutes.
  6. Add Roopak Shahi Garam Masala & Roopak Kasoori methi for taste & aroma
  7. Serve   hot.
