Boil 500 gms of diced vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and green peas, then drain the water completely. Heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the boiled vegetable pieces. Stir the vegetables well and cook them for about two minutes. Add six teaspoons of Roopak Aloo (Kadai) Masala along with half a cup of water and mix thoroughly. Continue stirring for two minutes, then cover the pan and let it cook for five minutes. Add Roopak Shahi Garam Masala and Roopak Kasoori Methi to enhance the taste and aroma. Serve hot.
