Coriander, Mango Powder, Chillies, Dry Pomegranate Seeds, Salt, Mint Leaves, Fenugreek Leaves, Cloves, Black Cumin, Cumin, Mace, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom Seeds, Dry Ginger, Aromatic Spices.
Mix four teaspoon Roopak Khatte Alloo Ka Masala in half cup of water. Stir fry 300gms (4 medium size) boiled potato pieces in three tbsp oil/ghee for few minutes. Add masala paste to the potatoes,mix well and immediately remove from flame . Garnish with onions or fresh coriander & serve hot.
