RESIIMI KABAB MIXED MASALA - PROPRITARY FOOD

Red Chillies, Coriander, Onion, Iodised Salt, Garlic Powder, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Cumin Turmeric, Cardamom Seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon, Ginger, Mace, Nutmeg.

DIRECTIONS:

Add four tea spoon Roopak Reshmi Kabab Masala to 500g minced meat half cup boiled channa dal and ten to fifteen pieces of cashewnuts and grind to a coarse paste Add two whisked eggs chopped onion, ginger and green chillies make round flat kababs. Deep fry or shallow fry till golden brown. Sprinkle Roopak Kabab Seasoning and serve hot.
