DIRECTIONS:
Mix 1 kg minced lamb, half cup oil & four teaspoon Roopak tikka seekh kabab masala leave aside for three hours to marinate. Make small meat balls about 100 gms each & thread each meatball through a skewer put the seekh kabab on a very low heat of coal or oven sprinkle the roopak kabab seasoning & lime juice.
