Roopak Stores Private Limited sends all orders by Express Post, Parcel Post or Registered Post, so all shipments can be tracked in case there are any delivery problems. The postage cost therefore attracts a minimum charge regardless of order size, and the total postage is calculated during the checkout process. This is because final freight cost depends on the size of your order, and the shipping destination.
Roopak Stores Private Limited will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products. Roopak Stores Private Limited accepts returns and will fully refund any order, less the cost of freight, returned to Roopak Stores Private Limited within the 4 weeks of date of delivery. Product within the order must be unopened to receive the refund.
