DIRECTION: Mix 3 tsp. Mattar Mushroom masala in 1/2 cup of water & keep aside. Fry 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes & 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste till oil is separated. add presoaked masala & stir for min. add one cup water. add 250g (matter & mushrooms mixed) & cook on low flame till mattar & mushroom are tender. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot
