Ingredients

  • 3 onions (grated)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 5 teaspoons Roopak Butter Chicken Masala
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 pieces roasted chicken
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups fresh cream

How to Make Butter Chicken?

First, heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add the grated onions and fry them until they turn golden brown. This gives a strong base flavor to the curry.

In a bowl, mix five teaspoons of Roopak Butter Chicken Masala with one cup of tomato puree. Make a smooth paste. Add this paste to the fried onions. Cook and stir for three to four minutes on medium flame.

Now add one cup of water. Cook and stir the masala until oil starts separating from the mixture. This step is important for a rich and well-cooked gravy.

Next, add eight pieces of roasted chicken to the pan. Mix gently and cook for two minutes so the chicken absorbs the masala flavor.

Now add three tablespoons of butter and two cups of fresh cream. Stir slowly and simmer on low flame for four minutes. The gravy will become creamy and smooth.
