Ingredients
- 500 gms minced meat
- 5 teaspoons Roopak Chappli Kabab Masala
- 2 eggs (whisked)
- 3 tablespoons cornflour
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Oil for frying
How to Make Chappli Kabab?
Take the minced meat in a large bowl. Add five teaspoons of Roopak Chappli Kabab Masala, two whisked eggs, cornflour, and three tablespoons of oil. Mix everything well.
Now knead the mixture properly until it becomes smooth and well combined. Cover the bowl and leave it aside for thirty minutes. This resting time helps the flavors blend nicely.
After resting, wet your hands with water and take small portions of the mixture. Shape them into thin, flat, round kababs.
