Paneer Tikka Recipe

Paneer Tikka is a popular Indian starter loved for its smoky flavor and spicy taste. Made with soft cottage cheese cubes marinated in yoghurt and spices, this dish is perfect for parties, barbecues, and family gatherings. Using Roopak Paneer Tikka Masala helps you achieve authentic restaurant-style taste at home.

Ingredients

  • 500 gms cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 5 cups salty water (for boiling paneer)
  • 1 cup fresh yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon channa dal flour (besan)
  • 3 teaspoons Roopak Paneer Tikka Masala
  • Roopak Paneer Tikka Seasoning (for garnish)

How to Make Paneer Tikka?

First, boil the paneer cubes in five cups of salty water for three minutes. This step makes the paneer soft and juicy. Drain the water and let the cubes cool.

In a bowl, take one cup of fresh yoghurt. Add one tablespoon of besan and three teaspoons of Roopak Paneer Tikka Masala. Mix well to make a smooth marinade.

Add the paneer cubes to the yoghurt mixture and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. This allows the paneer to absorb the flavors.

Preheat the oven or tandoor to 200°C. Arrange the marinated paneer cubes on skewers or a tray. Grill until the paneer turns slightly golden and cooked evenly.

Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle Roopak Paneer Tikka Seasoning while serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve Paneer Tikka hot with onion rings and lemon wedges. Sprinkle Roopak Onion Salad Masala on onions for extra taste. Pair with Roopak Mango Chutney Dip or Roopak Pudina (Mint) Chutney Dip.

Final Tip

Use Roopak Paneer Tikka Masala for soft texture, rich spice flavor, and perfect grilled paneer every time.
