- ½ cup gram flour (channa dal)
- 3 teaspoons Roopak Pudina Paratha Masala
- ½ cup milk

How to Make Pudina Paratha?
First, sieve the wheat flour and gram flour into a mixing bowl. Add three teaspoons of Roopak Pudina Paratha Masala and mix well.
Now add half a cup of milk and two tablespoons of oil. Knead everything into a stiff and smooth dough. This dough does not need any water.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for twenty minutes. Resting helps improve texture and makes rolling easier.
After resting, divide the dough into six equal balls. Roll each ball into a round disc of about six inches diameter.
Heat a tawa (flat pan) on medium flame. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa. Apply a little oil and cook until light golden-brown spots appear. Flip and cook the other side the same way
Cook until both sides are evenly cooked and aromatic.
