Pudina Paratha Recipe

Pudina Paratha is a tasty and aromatic Indian flatbread made with refreshing mint flavor. It is soft, flavorful, and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or travel meals. Using Roopak Pudina Paratha Masala makes the parathas delicious without adding fresh mint, saving time while keeping authentic taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • ½ cup gram flour (channa dal)
  • 3 teaspoons Roopak Pudina Paratha Masala
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Pudina Paratha?

First, sieve the wheat flour and gram flour into a mixing bowl. Add three teaspoons of Roopak Pudina Paratha Masala and mix well.

Now add half a cup of milk and two tablespoons of oil. Knead everything into a stiff and smooth dough. This dough does not need any water.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for twenty minutes. Resting helps improve texture and makes rolling easier.

After resting, divide the dough into six equal balls. Roll each ball into a round disc of about six inches diameter.

Heat a tawa (flat pan) on medium flame. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa. Apply a little oil and cook until light golden-brown spots appear. Flip and cook the other side the same way

Cook until both sides are evenly cooked and aromatic.

Serving Suggestion

Pudina Paratha tastes best with fresh yoghurt, butter, or pickle.

Storage and Travel Tip

These parathas stay fresh for up to four days and are ideal for long journeys.

Final Note

Use Roopak Pudina Paratha Masala for fresh mint flavor, soft texture, and perfectly spiced homemade parathas every time.
