DIRECTIONS:
- Dress and Cut Vegetables like lotus stem, bitter-gourd, ladyfinger,brinjal, potato. onions etc.
- Slit & stuff with Roopak Bharwan (Tawa Fry) Masala.
- Heat Oil in a pan or tawa.
- Gently place the stuffed vegetables in oil (slit portion upwards). Simmer on low flame and turn occasionally till tender.
- Sprinkle Roopak Shahi Garam Masala for flavor, taste and aroma Serve with Bread/Naan/Parantha.
