ROGAN JOSH MASALA MIXED MASALA- A PROPRIETARY FOOD
INGREDIENTS:
- Red Chlllles
- Coriander
- Onion
- Iodised Salt
- Garlic powder
- Fenugreek
- Black pepper
- Cumin
- Turmeric
- Cardamom seeds
- Cloves
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Mace
- Nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
- Take 200 gm medium size Lamb pieces. Heat 1/2 cup
- Ghee oil in a pan and add 1 tsp Roopak Biryani Masala 8 cook for
- Half minute on low flame. Add 1/2 cup grated onion 8. saute
- till golden brown.
- Sprinkle little water &repeat cooking of meat for 10-12 minutes make sure to stir consistently scrap all the sediments bottom of pan.
- Add 1/2 cup tomato pure cooks till the oil separates.
- Add rogan josh masala 2tsp 1/4 cup Beaten yogurt& 1 cup water cook covered till the meat is tender stir occasionally remove cover& increase the heat & cook until ghee separates add 50ml fresh thick cream & stir fry for few minutes on medium heat serve with naan rice or roti.
