SUBJI MASALA MIXED MASALA -A PROPRIETARY FOOD
- Red Chillies
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
- Cardamom Seeds
- Shallow fry two chopped onions in four table spoon oil.
- Add one cup chopped tomato and stir till the oil separates from masala.
- Add paste (mixing four tea spoon Roopak Subzi Masala in 3/4 cup of water) to fried onions & tomato mix. Stir for two minutes on medium flame. Add 4 cups chopped mixed vegetables & 1 cup water
- Add salt according to taste. Let it boil & simmer until the vegetables are soft.
