KHATTE ALOO KA MASALA MIXED MASALA - PROPRITARY FOOD
INGREDIENTS:
- Coriander
- Mango Powder
- Chillies
- Dry Pomegranate seeds
- Salt
- Mint Leaves
- fenugreek Leaves
- Cloves
- Black Cumin
- Cumin
- Mace
- Black Pepper
- Cinnamon
- Cardamom Seeds
- Dry Ginger
- Aromatic Spices
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix four teaspoon Roopak Khatte Alloo Ka Masala in half cup of water.
- Stir fry 300gms (4 medium size) boiled potato pieces in three tbsp oil/ghee for few minutes.
- Add masala paste to the potatoes,mix well and immediately remove from flame .
- Garnish with onions or fresh coriander & serve hot.
