INGREDIENTS:

  • Red Chillies
  • Coriander
  • Onion Powder
  • Iodized Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Fenugreek
  • Black Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Cardamon seeds
  • Ginger
  • Mace
  • Nutmeg

DIRECTIONS :

  1. Clean and cut 500 g mutton (2") pieces from leg or shoulders Heat one cup ghee add sliced onions (half cup) and fry them to gold brown and meat, salt according to taste and korma masala paste by mixing 4 tsp masala to half cup of water. Stir fry until meat is well browned add two cup water, cover & cook until meat is tender and green cardamom 10 pieces, saffron1 pinch(diluted in 1 tsp kewra water), apricot 4 pieces, almonds (soaked & blanched) 10 gm, pistachios & raisins 10 gm each. Simmer & cook till water dries up & only ghee remains & served.
