- Fenugreek

DIRECTIONS:
- Add four tea spoon Roopak Shami Kabab Masala to 500g minced meat half cup boiled Channa Dal and ten to fifteen pieces of cashew nuts and grind to a coarse paste.
- Add two whisked eggs chopped onion ginger and green chilies make round flat kababs.
- Deep fry or shallow fry till golden brown. Sprinkle Roopak Kabab Seasoning.and serve hot.
