- Red Chillies
- Iodised Salt
- Black pepper
- Cardamom Seeds
- Black Cumin.
- Boil 500gms cottage cheese cubes of two inches size in five cups salty water for three minutes Drain off water.
- In one cup yogurt,add one table spoon of chana dal flour (besan), three teaspoon of Roopak Paneer Tikka Masala.
- Fridge for Marinade cheese cubes with the yogurt mix.
- Keep in thirty minutes.
- Grill in preheated oven or tandoor Sprinkle Roopak BBQ Seasoning while serving.
