AMRITSARI CHOLLE MASALA MIXED MASALA - PROPRIETARY FOOD
- Dry Pomegranate seeds
- Iodized Salt
- Cardamom Seed
- Dry Mango Powder
- Red Chillies
- Black pepper
- Dry Ginger
- Soak two cup(200gms) Chick peas overnight in eight cups of water.
- Add chopped ( 2 no s onions,4 no s tomatoes,4 pcs green chillies) 2 tablespoon oil, 1 table spoon chopped ginger and salt (according to taste) to pre soaked chickpeas and pressure cook till tendered
- Add six teaspoon of 'Roopak amritsari cholle masala'and boil for 5 min on low flame
- for better results, press chickpeas with wooden spoon.
