BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA MIXED MASALA PROPRIETARY FOOD
- Red Chillies
- Black pepper
- Cardamom Seeds
- Iodised salt
- Black Cumin
- Fry three grated onions in three table spoon of oil till golden brown.
- Make paste (by mixing five tea spoon of Roopak Butter Chicken Masala in one cup of water) and add to fried grated onions. Cook & stir for three to four minutes.
- Add two cup of tomato puree, Cook & stir till the oil separates from masala.
- Add eight pieces of one roasted Chicken and simmer for five minutes. Add three table spoon of Butter & two cup fresh cream. Simmer for four minutes.Serve with hot naan or parantha.
