BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA MIXED MASALA PROPRIETARY FOOD

INGREDIENTS:

  • Red Chillies
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Garlic
  • Turmeric
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Ginger
  • Fenugreek
  • Cardamom Seeds
  • Iodised salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Mace
  • Nutmeg
  • Black Cumin

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Fry three grated onions in three table spoon of oil till golden brown.
  2. Make paste (by mixing five tea spoon of Roopak Butter Chicken Masala in one cup of water) and add to fried grated onions. Cook & stir for three to four minutes.
  3. Add two cup of tomato puree, Cook & stir till the oil separates from masala.
  4. Add eight pieces of one roasted Chicken and simmer for five minutes. Add three table spoon  of Butter & two cup fresh cream. Simmer for four minutes.Serve with hot naan or parantha.
