PUDINA RA/TA MASALA MIXED MASALA - PROPRIETARY FOOD
INGREDIENTS:
- Iodised salt
- mint
- salt black
- black pepper
- cumin
- red chillies
- black cumin
DIRECTIONS:
- Boil beetroot,peel,cool & dice it into small pieces say one cm.
- Beat yoghurt to a smooth consistency.
- Mix chopped beetroot with yoghurt.
- Add Roopak Pudina Raita Masala according to taste.
- Mix well and serve chilled.
- You can use pudina (mint) Raita for cucumber Raita, potato, raita or lauki (bottle gaurd) raita also.
