SHAMI KABAB MASALA   MIXED MASALA- A PROPRIETARY FOOD

• Red Chillies
• Coriander
• Onion
• Iodized Salt
• Garlic Powder
• Fenugreek
• Black Pepper
• Cumin
• Turmeric
• Cardamom Seeds
• Cloves
• Cinnamon
• Ginger
• Mace
• Nutmeg.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add four tea spoon Roopak Shami Kabab Masala to 500g minced meat half cup boiled Channa Dal and ten to fifteen pieces of cashew nuts and grind to a coarse paste.
2. Add two whisked eggs chopped onion ginger and green chilies make round flat kababs.
3. Deep fry or shallow fry till golden brown. Sprinkle Roopak Kabab Seasoning.and serve hot.
