Chappli Kabab Masala

CHAPPLI  KABAB MASALA - MIXED MASALA PROPRIETARY FOOD. 

INGREDIENTS:

Red Chillies, Coriander, Onion, Iodized SaltGarlic-PowderFenugreekBlack PepperCuminTurmericCardamom seedsClovesCinnamonGingerMaceNutmegDry pomegranate seeds

DIRECTIONS:

In 500 gm minced meat add five tea spoon Roopak Chappli Kebab Masala two whisked eggs three table spoon cornflour and three table spoon oil. Mix and knead to make a smooth dough. Leave it for thirty minutes. On with wet hands make thin flat round kebabs. Shallow or deep fry till golden brown. Sprinkle  Roopak Chappli Kebab Seasoning and serve hot.
