DAL TADKA MASALA MIXED MASALA PROPRIETARY FOOD

INGREDIENTS:

  • Red Chillies
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Cumin
  • black pepper
  • Mango powder,
  • Iodised Salt
  • Dry Pomegranate seeds powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Coram
  • Fenugreek
  • Turmeric
  • Cardamom
  • Seeds
  • Clove
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Mace
  • Nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Boil 1 cup chana dal in 3 cups of water (by adding 1/4 tea spoon turmeric & salt according to taste).
  2. Mix 3 teaspoon Roopak Dal Tadka Masala in 1/4 cup of water to make paste.
  3. Heat 4 table spoon oil, add masala paste, stir for 30 seconds, add tender dal and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Delicious Tadka dal is ready.
