- Dry Pomegranate seeds

- Soak two cup(200gms) Chick peas overnight in eight cup of water.
- Add Salt according to taste and pressure cook (in the same water) till chick peas are tendered.
- Fry three chopped onions (120gms) in four table spoon oil till golden brown
- Add four chopped green chillies one table spoon chopped ginger, one cup tomato puree three to four minutes or till the oil separates.
- Co make paste (four tea spoon Roopak punjabi cholle masala in one cup water) and add to onion tomato mix cook for three to four minutes.
- Add paste to cooked chick peas,bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Serve with poori,naan,Bread or Rice.
