- Boil 1 cup chana dal in 3 cups of water (by adding 1/4 tea spoon turmeric & salt according to taste).
- Mix 3 teaspoon Roopak Dal Tadka Masala in 1/4 cup of water to make paste.
- Heat 4 table spoon oil, add masala paste, stir for 30 seconds, add tender dal and boil for 5 minutes.
