KADAI CHICKEN MASALA MIXED MASALA - PROPRIETARY FOOD

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chillies
  • Coriander
  • Onion
  • lodised Salt
  • Garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Cardamom seeds
  • Clove
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Mace
  • Turmeric
  • Black cumin.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Clean wash & cut medium size chicken into 8 pieces.
  2. Make paste by mixing four tea spoon of Roopak Kadai Chicken Masala in one cup of water.
  3. Heat four table spoon oil, add this paste and stir for two or three minutes.
  4. Add two cup tomato puree & salt according to taste. Cook till the oil separates from masala.
  5. Add Chicken pieces and cook on low heat till it is tendered  or add one cup of water and pressure cook till it is tendered.
  6. Open the cover and cook on low heat till the water is dried.
  7. Add Roopak Kasoori  Methi & Roopak Shahi Garam Masala Garnish with ginger, julienne, chopped green chillies & fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve with naan or roti.
