DIRECTIONS :
- clean wash and cut 600 gms boneless king fish into two by two inch cubes. Marinada in 1/2 cup malt vinegar and one tea spoon salt for half an hour. Remove and patdry the fish. Make mixture of 1 cup besan (gram flour) 1/2 cup yoghurt. 1 egg, tea spoon lemon juice and 3 tea spoon fish masala. Add salt according to taste and marinade fish pieces for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish till golden brown and crisp sprinkle Roopak Seasoning and serve with onion rings and Roopak Pudina Chuteny Dip.
