DIRECTIONS:
- Clean wash & cut medium size chicken into 8 pieces.
- Make paste by mixing four tea spoon of Roopak Kadai Chicken Masala in one cup of water.
- Heat four table spoon oil, add this paste and stir for two or three minutes.
- Add two cup tomato puree & salt according to taste. Cook till the oil separates from masala.
- Add Chicken pieces and cook on low heat till it is tendered or add one cup of water and pressure cook till it is tendered.
- Open the cover and cook on low heat till the water is dried.
- Add Roopak Kasoori Methi & Roopak Shahi Garam Masala Garnish with ginger, julienne, chopped green chillies & fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve with naan or roti.
